The Board of Directors consists of 9 members. It is comprised of three members from each of the founding counties, Boone, Kenton and Campbell. There will be no more than three directors from any county. Term limits are restricted to two consecutive three-year terms.

Members that have submitted a request to be nominated for the Board of Directors are voted in to office by the membership at the Annual meeting. If a director resigns during the year before the end of their term, the Board of Directors will appoint a member to fulfill the remaining term. Each Director is required to serve on at least one Committee.
